Osteria 16 in Piemonte - ENG

The book is the result of four days spent in Piedmont in September 2025. Together with photographer Rasmus Weng Karlsen and Professor Jacques Hartmann, we set out to prepare memorable meals for friends and business partners, drawing inspiration from the region they all call home. Working in improvised kitchens and serving at tables set in courtyards and vineyards, we served a total of 41 dishes spanning the full Italian meal from antipasti and polenta to pasta, risotto, secondi, and dolci.
