Olio Al Peperoncino

Hot, organic olive oil flavoured with pepperoncino. The olive oil is of the extra virgin type and is made from Correggiolo olives. We use this oil mainly as a flavour enhancer, always accessible at the table. It is excellent to drizzle over pizza, pasta and risotto, but is also well suitable for dripping into stews or sauces. It provides a lovely heat to the dish without overpowering the other flavours.

Ingredients: Superior category cold-pressed olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Made from Ottobratica* and Careola* olives 94%, chili* 6%. * Organic ingredient.
