Olio Al Basilco

An organic olive oil with olives pressed directly with fresh organic basil from the sunny region of Calabria. The olive oil is of the extra virgin type and is made from the Ottobratica and Carolea olive varieties. It is excellent to drizzle over tomato salad, pizza, pasta, fish, and risotto or for dripping into stews or sauces.

Ingredients: Superior category cold-pressed olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Made from Ottobratica* and Careola* olives 93%, basil* 7%. * Organic ingredient.
