This vinegar is made from Italian organic grapes and produced in Emilia Romagna. The red vinegar is crafted from a blend of Sangiovese and Lambrusco grapes with no other ingredients. It has a high acidity, making it excellent for mixing a vinaigrette or drizzling over a tomato or green salad – Italian style!

Ingredients: Red wine vinegar made of Italian organic grapes. Best before: See label. Storage: Store in a cool, dark place, not above room temperature and with the cork in. Source separation: To be separated at source as glass packaging. Cork as plastic. As it is a natural product, some sedimentation and darkening may occur. Made from only organic grapes from Italy. Contains no colouring agents or other additives.
