The Art of Fun Dining

This journey through the four Nordic seasons is filled with recipes inspired by the beauty of nature’s changing cycles. Within these pages, the table’s bounty evokes the blossom of spring, the berries ripened by summer, the falling leaves of an autumn mushroom forest, and the snowy sparkle of winter.

The Art of Fun Dining is the first collaborative work of photographer Ottilia Orenius and chef–restaurateur Julia Frantti. It urges a carefree grip on the spoon and a pinch of adventure in the pot—for food is at its finest not only when it is delicious, but when it is delightfully fun.
